DELIVERY:

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT!

We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track their package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received them by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but We do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We typically ship items within 2 to 5 business days after receiving an order. From that point, it takes 6 to 15 business days for the items to arrive. As soon as your product ships out, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

WHEN WILL THE PRE-ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Pre-order items will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days and up to 30 days to arrive. Please note that most of pre-order items are shipped from other country.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
